SDS Dry Cooler
Dry cooler, also known as an evaporation air cooler | closed cooling tower. Which places the tubular heat exchanger in the tower to ensure the cooling effect through the heat exchange of circulating air, spray water, and circulating water. As it is closed circulation, this can ensure the cooling water quality without pollution and efficient operation of the main equipment to improve the service life. When the ambient temperature is low, it can stop the water spray system for water saving. With the implementation of national energy-saving and emission-reduction policy and the increasing scarcity of water resources, the dry cooler has been widely used in metallurgy, aviation, electric power, chemical industry, machinery, petroleum, food, plastics, rubber, and other industries in recent years.

Working Principle
The axial flow fan indirectly drives the ambient air to cool water through the fin and tube condenser. The high-pressure water through the water distributor is divided into two branches from the main pipeline, which enter into the fin and tube condenser and then become one and flow into the main pipeline through the water flow distributor. The axial-flow fan draws the air to cool down the high-temperature water.
