With the increasing use of plastic products in our daily life, the requirements for their performance differ in thousands of ways. Hence, it raises more requirements for the pre-treatment process of the plastics before production, such as drying, conveying, mixing, etc. Among the techniques, mixing plastic materials in proportion is relatively essential, which can meet unique demands of material properties, for example, color, antioxidants, anti-permeability, and other aspects. Usually, it's necessary to add some special masterbatch or additives proportionally to plastic materials to improve the final performance of the products.


Now, it mainly mixes the materials by the industry's volumetric, gravimetric, or loss-in-weight methods. The volumetric dosing and mixing equipment are simple and easy to use, and it has gained a large market share and recognition from users.

Shini proportional mixer SPM is a volumetric metering device that outputs the plastic materials by screw rotating, suitable for mixing various plastic materials in different proportions with high mixing accuracy. Nowadays, SPM has been optimized based on the original model, with performance improvements in various aspects.

  1. Increase the screw speed and enhance the discharge capacity, and the maximum discharge amount of a single screw can reach 210kg/hr.
  2. Optimize the speed ratio of different measuring screws for precise calculation of the proportion that meets actual demands, with the masterbatch ratio range of 0.7~7%, and user customization is available.
  3. Optimal control interface with touch panel, built-in recipe storage function, and the recipe can be directly called without repeated material testing, thus improving the work efficiency.
  4. Add floor stand accessories. Equipped with the material storage function, the mixture can be stored inside and transported to multiple units as demanded through a suitable suction box. The floor stand is optional for users to add the masterbatch for easy operation.
